Ordering Process

To create a truly personalized wool felt portrait that captures your pet’s unique personality, please follow these steps after placing your order:

1. Place your order
Choose your preferred product style and size.

2. Send your pet photos
Please send clear reference photos through messages after placing your order.
For the best result, i recommend providing photos from different angles, including:

• Front view
• Side view Side view ( left, right )
• Back view (if available)

Clear and detailed photos help me capture your pet’s unique features, expressions, colors, and personality more accurately. Please refer to the sample photo guide shown on the left for recommended photo angles.

3. Handmade creation begins
Each piece is carefully handcrafted based on your pet’s photos. Since every portrait is individually made, slight variations are part of the charm of handmade artwork.

4. Final approval before shipping
Before shipping, I will send you photos of the finished artwork for confirmation. Once approved, your custom piece will be carefully packaged and shipped.

⏳ Production Time

Each wool felt pet portrait is handmade with great attention to detail.

During lower-volume periods, production may take approximately 1–2 weeks.

During normal order periods, most custom pieces require approximately 1–4 weeks to complete.

Every order is handcrafted in the order it is received to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

After you approve the final photos, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Because each piece is a personalized handmade artwork created specifically for your pet, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are generally not accepted once production has begun.

Before shipping, i will send you final photos of the completed artwork for your approval. If you notice any details that you would like to adjust or discuss, please feel free to contact us at that time. I will do our best to address reasonable concerns and discuss possible adjustments. and ensure you are happy with your custom piece.

Please understand that personalized handmade artworks cannot be returned or resold once they have been created specifically for your pet. I truly appreciate your understanding and support for handmade craftsmanship.
